I recently used Kris for a home improvement, and I was pleasantly surprised by his exceptional performance. He not only offered the very affordable price but also provided availability in 2 weeks time which was very important for me.

The work was completed with remarkable speed as Kris and team worked very hard and long hours to achieve the agreed timelines.

Throughout the work, communication was very smooth and transparent and Kris kept me informed about the progress and any potential challenges. This level of transparency added a sense of trust and reliability to the entire experience.

There were few other things he fixed along the way, having nothing to do with the painting work, just because he very friendly offered to assist with those and didn’t even charge for those!

I couldn’t be happier with their service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a decorator.

Kris is brilliant; I’m very happy with the work he has done for me and wouldn’t dream of engaging anyone else. He fixed the ceiling in the top-floor bedroom to perfection and also very helpfully pointed out a few things which needed doing, including a new bathroom air vent and led spotlights – and did them. He noticed that some of the roof tiles had lifted and suggested I call the roofer to replace them – most helpful, as in high winds they could have come off and harmed a passer-by. He painted another bedroom and properly filled cracks in the wall which had hitherto just been painted over. He also noticed that the gutters were full of gunk and cleaned them for me. He is a kind, honest professional whose standards are the highest I have encountered. Outstanding work!

Kris has done the painting professionally with reasonable price. The kitchen ceiling was damaged by water, a lot of stains on it. He did such a great job, and made the ceiling bright and shinning. I am very happy with his job, and definitely recommended to everyone!

My property is from 1892. The house had a lot of cracks and the coving had a lot of broken pieces. After Chris repaired it everything looks like new. Besides Chris being a Professional Painter he is primarily a period property restorer After finishing work he would leave the environment where he worked very clean. It was a pleasure that Kris worked on our property. We will use it in another project. We will also recommend it to our friends. He is very knowledgeable reliable and always up for small and big jobs.
We use him for all our jobs now very recommended.

Kris is a first-rate craftsman! He came to us at short notice when another decorator let us down. Kris did such a great job in the kitchen that we then asked him to do 3 of the bedrooms as well. We really could not be more pleased with his work. Plus is a great guy to have around – when he is finished he carefully cleans and tidies the room which is so helpful. Very highly recommended!

Chris from Period Property Painting did a more than amazing work to my flat. He completely transformed the flat (bathroom, corridor, bedroom, living room). He did an exceptional job in painting the house, changing the floor, the skirting, and fixing the bathroom (silicones, and repainting). The most important thing, however, apart from the quality of the work done, was the great project management skills (co-ordinating all the activities required). At the same time, he is extremely reliable, very skilful, very responsible, extremely responsive and an amazing person who truly puts his heart into his work. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Kris was fantastic, he was working on the property next door and alerted me to some cracks and said while he was on their roof with scaffolding he could do my work before it became an issue. I then asked him to do some rectifications left over from my builders and he identified the issue, did the waterproofing and then repainted, and finished off my drains and plinth work. I trusted him and allowed it all to happen while I was abroad and his invoice was very reasonable – when I could have been on a blank cheque! He is a rare gem.

Kris and his team did an absolutely amazing job in our house. they painted our hallway, banister, ceilings and even fixed the wall which was very damaged. Kris did an amazing job and our hallway looks unbelievable. they are very considerate, very prompt, have great attention to detail and always deliver. part of our wall was missing a skirting (damaged) and Kris fixed the missing part by molding a ‘fake skirting’. it looks unreal, so good. we hired them back to do our living room and downstairs cloakroom because we were so impressed with their previous job. I am extremely happy with their work and would recommend them very highly to anyone. really outstanding team!

Kris worked for us as an employee of another painting company. He approached us when he set up PPP and as a residential management company we decided to use him and his team to redecorate the outside of our offices on Kew Green as a trial before recomending him to clients. The work was 1st rate and completed as programmed at a realistic price for such high quality decorating. We are now happy to recomend PPP to any of our clients and indeed neighbours. James Fielding
